The Ohio Housing Finanec Agency (OHFA) is seeking proposals from qualified entities to provide construction and asset management services for multifamily housing projects funded wtih programs authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The asset management services provided will be in accordance with all applicable program rules, regulations and policies issued by OHFA.
