A Coalition subcommittee headed by Mike Novogradac forwarded comments last week to the National Council of State Housing Agencies (NCSHA). The comments spoke to the legislative and regulatory proposals submitted by the NCSHA Working Group on Improvements to the Housing Bond and Credit Programs. After Hurricane Charlie, I faced a challenging transition to Fort Myers. While living there my automobile was stolen and my home was burglarized on two different occasions. By grace and true to her word, Mrs. Jean (management) offered me a new apartment and a safe place to reside back in Punta Gorda at Gulf Breeze Apartments. I am in debt to her and the amibale staff for facilitating my move back.
