There are many new Members of Congress who need to be informed of the benefits of the Housing Credit program in their districts. Further, with significant discussions of tax reform and elimination of tax expenditures taking place in both the Administration and Congress it is important now more than ever that the Housing Credit industry proclaim the successes of the program.
About the Awards
The AHTCC is proud to present its 17th annual Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Awards luncheon. Awards will be presented to the most outstanding Low Income Housing Tax Credit developments in seven categories: Metropolitan/Urban Housing; Rural Housing; Special Needs Housing; Senior Housing; Green Housing; Public Housing Revitalization; and Disaster Relief Housing. Don’t miss this opportunity to join your fellow Housing Credit industry participants to celebrate the award applicants as well as the award-winning properties. Members of Congress will be on hand to present the awards and provide much deserved recognition for those working in the Housing Credit industry.
