                                                 Experts will discuss how budget cuts to HUD programs used in conjunction with the Housing Credit could impact projects and the furture of the�
                                                 affordable housing industry.  Speakers will look at how sequester will impact the HUD budget in 2013.

                                                  Industry participants discuss the state of the state in California housing finance.  Among other topics, this panel will cover what happens if the court
                                                  upholds AB 1×26, which abolishes redevelopment, but strikes down AB 1×27, which permits redevelopment agencies to continue to exist if they pay�
                                                  a “remittance” to the state.
