The Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition announces its twelfth annual Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Awards. These awards will be presented to the most outstanding low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) developments in each of four categories. Each award will be in the amount of $5,000 to be used to bring additional services, facilities, or amenities into the project to benefit tenants.
