H.R. 4868 Industry Sign On Letter

On Monday, July 26th, AHTCC joined 9 other industry organizations on a letter discussing H.R. 4868, the Housing Preservation and Tenant Protection Act of 2010.  While AHTCC supports many pieces of the legislation there are several provisions which raise concerns among industry participants.

Senate Dear Colleague Letter Written in Support of Housing Credit Proposals

Ernst & Young Study Concerning LIHTC Investment

On Friday, October 9, 2009 Ernst & Young published a survey concerning Low Income Housing Tax Credit investment.  The survey was commissioned by Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. and Local Initiatives Support Corporation in order to better understand the LIHTC investment market and to analyze investor responses to certain legislative proposals.
